The Stench of Endless Presidential Corruption.

One does not have to search far or wide to witness more of the Obama Administration corrupt behaviour. One wonders why the majority of this type of behaviour is strictly a left wing, rights to passage or is it just because they have no morals or honesty in a single fibre of their body. Not only has Obama used his presidential options of by-passing Congress to introduce illegal laws that places the Constitution in the rubbish bin. But he has also demonstrated beyond doubt that if one pays a few bucks into his re-election campaign, they can be guaranteed to be paid back in millions of taxpayers dollars, which he has done already.

There should be a mechanism of bringing leaders like Obama and anyone for that matter, in front of the people and questioned. They should also be held accountable for failing to uphold the constitution of the US which he and others have not done. They are as close to being criminals as anyone can be and they should face the justice system who has also failed to even check if Obama was eligible for election to begin with. The entire system as well as the election of Obama stinks to high heaven. It has the stench of corruption regardless of where you look.

Federal Court finds Obama appointees interfered with New Black Panther prosecution

A federal court in Washington, DC, held last week that political appointees appointed by President Obama did interfere with the Department of Justice’s prosecution of the New Black Panther Party.
The ruling came as part of a motion by the conservative legal watch dog group Judicial Watch, who had sued the DOJ in federal court to enforce a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for documents pertaining to the the New Black Panthers case. Judicial Watch had secured many previously unavailable documents through their suit against DOJ and were now suing for attorneys’ fees.
Obama’s DOJ had claimed Judicial Watch was not entitled to attorney’s fees since “none of the records produced in this litigation evidenced any political interference whatsoever in” how the DOJ handled the New Black Panther Party case. But United States District Court Judge Reggie Walton disagreed. Citing a “series of emails” between Obama political appointees and career Justice lawyers, Walton writes:

The documents reveal that political appointees within DOJ were conferring about the status and resolution of the New Black Panther Party case in the days preceding the DOJ’s dismissal of claims in that case, which would appear to contradict Assistant Attorney General Perez’s testimony that political leadership was not involved in that decision. Surely the public has an interest in documents that cast doubt on the accuracy of government officials’ representations regarding the possible politicization of agency decision-making.

In sum, the Court concludes that three of the four fee entitlement factors weigh in favor of awarding fees to Judicial Watch. Therefore, Judicial Watch is both eligible and entitled to fees and costs, and the Court must now consider the reasonableness of Judicial Watch’s requested award.

The New Black Panthers case stems from a Election Day 2008 incident where two members of the New Black Panther Party were filmed outside a polling place intimidating voters and poll watchers by brandishing a billy club. Justice Department lawyers investigated the case, filed charges, and when the Panthers failed to respond, a federal court in Philadelphia entered a “default” against all the Panthers defendants. But after Obama was sworn in, the Justice Department reversed course, dismissed charges against three of the defendants, and let the fourth off with a narrowly tailored restraining order.
“The Court’s decision is another piece of evidence showing the Obama Justice Department is run by individuals who have a problem telling the truth,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “The decision shows that we can’t trust the Obama Justice Department to fairly administer our nation’s voting and election laws.”

Here is a prime example of the disgraceful, foul mouthed behaviour those yellow bellied cowards do in order to make themselves "feel" good about themselves. To identify Kathy Griffin as disgusting is to give it a complement. She is another example of why women are generally pathetic, nasty and uncaring comedians. They have no sense of irony and wallow in the usual vile politics of the left wing lunacy and claim it to being comedy, they claim it to being humour or even make the bare faced lie of it being comedy.

The word imbecile and cretin come to mind regarding Griffin's offensive diatribe but it is the way the left behave. No honour, no dignity, no class and definitely no morals.

This behaviour by Griffin is disgusting and not even remotely can it be passed off as comedy. Not in a million years and here is Mark to inform you why.

 The International Council on Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI)  is calling for economic "contraction" in America and the rest of the developed world. Their "World Congress" conference in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, however, is a lavish affair replete with rich food, champagne and opulence. The blatant hypocrisy is stunning.

Hysterics reigns supreme when one has a look at the action of left wing lunacy license holders and their response to the Fairfax Corporation's inevitable decline. Inevitable as they produce that usual left wing dream-time drivel that no one really wants to hear or are even remotely interested in, it just catered to their own delusional minions. One wonders how they have gotten away with it for so long. The other left wing lunatic fringe rag is the Guardian in England where it promotes the same messages and even quote and support the indoctrination spiels from each other.

The matter that they are producing irrelevance, matters nada to left wing infidels, as they have always been convinced that money grows on trees and everyone should be looked after by the state. They forget that there is only so much money to go around and in order to produce more, they would actually have to go out and do something that is totally foreign to them, go to work.

The sane and hard working have no issue with that fact at all and deal with that as they would with everything else, but not the "occupy" crowd. They demonstrated exactly and clearly what the left wing doctrine would eventually lead you and it ain't utopia. Preferring instead to a life of living of some one else's hard work, blood, sweat and tears. The mindset these drones have no standards to follow as probably their own parents have not bothered with their personal education or have just paid for everything they have always owned and thereby have no indication of it's worth. Living at home was their aim and appealed to their comfort level. They however were contaminated by those same miscreants who believe that every single issue and problem has been created by either corporations or banks or some idiot hiding is some dungeon somewhere. That way they never have to learn anything else and they can and do create their own little life bubble where they can dream and demand that the world owes them a living..
